About this site
This website is operated by Sedia by InterX ("we", "us"). It helps patients and families find dialysis centres across Malaysia and understand dialysis treatment better. We are not affiliated with PERKESO (SOCSO), the Ministry of Health Malaysia or any other government agency.
These terms cover the public website only. Dialysis centres' use of the Sedia centre management software is governed by separate agreements.
Not medical advice
All content on this site, including the patient guides, is for general information and education only. It does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from your nephrologist, doctor or dialysis team. Always follow the instructions of your care team.

Directory information
The directory is compiled from public sources: the National Renal Registry centre directory published by the Malaysian Society of Nephrology, and PERKESO's published lists of panel dialysis centres. Our About page explains how. We do not check each listing with the centre, and details such as addresses, phone numbers, services and PERKESO panel status can change without notice. Map locations are often approximate. This information is provided "as is", without any warranty.
- Confirm directly with the centre before making an appointment, planning travel or making treatment decisions.
- A listing is not an endorsement. A centre's presence in the directory or the order of search results does not mean we recommend that centre or vouch for the quality of its care.
- A listing does not show licensing status. Being listed here, or in the National Renal Registry, does not reflect whether a centre is licensed by the health authorities.
- PERKESO panel status should be confirmed with PERKESO and the centre concerned.
If you find incorrect information, or you represent a centre that wants its details corrected, please contact us.
Acceptable use
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes and share links to any page. You must not:
- copy, scrape or download the directory in bulk, whether by hand or with automated tools;
- republish, sell or distribute the directory or guide content without our written permission;
- interfere with, overload or try to get around the security of this site;
- use centres' contact details to send unsolicited marketing; or
- use this site for any unlawful or misleading purpose.
Search engines may index this site in the normal way.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, guides and our arrangement of the directory belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright law. The centre information itself comes from the public sources named above. You may print or save pages for your personal use.
Other parties' names and trade marks, including the names of dialysis centres and government agencies, belong to their respective owners. Their use on this site does not imply any connection or endorsement.
Links to third-party sites
This site contains links to other websites, such as official government sites and dialysis centre websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. These links are provided for your convenience only.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its information, including directory information that is inaccurate or out of date. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
These terms are available in Bahasa Melayu and English. If there is any conflict between the two versions, the Bahasa Melayu version prevails.
