Yes. Record each patient's panel and guarantee letters, then prepare claims by panel and month. Claims print on the forms panels expect, one payment can be recorded against many claims, and Sedia shows which claims are still owing and for how long.
Payroll works out EPF at KWSP's current rates (with voluntary contributions and an optional employer top-up), SOCSO, EIS and monthly PCB using LHDN's computerised method. You can enter PCB by hand when you need to, and EA (CP8A) forms are ready when the year ends.
Yes. Once an admin links an employee to their login, they get a My HR area with their payslips, PCB and EA form, leave balance and applications, and the memos and policies you publish. Pay stays hidden until they choose to show it.
Every branch has its own database and is backed up automatically each night. Access follows each person's role, with finance and payroll for admins only. Staff on shared computers sign back in with their own PIN, and the activity log records sign-ins and changes.
No. Sedia runs in any modern web browser on your centre's computers, so there is nothing to install or update. New features arrive on their own, and the What's new page lists every change.
The Sedia app is in English for now. The public centre directory and patient guides are available in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
